During a Neurofeedback session, you can see how strongly the left and right hemispheres of your brain activate frequencies 1-42, as well as the raw brain waves (squiggly lines on right).
Before and after a Neurofeedback session, we will record a thirty-second snapshot of your brain activity. Afterwards, we can compare to see how your brain reacted. In the first picture below, you can see the pattern of activity in your left (top) and right (bottom) hemispheres. In the graph below, the lines represent the brain’s turbulence and instability. In this sample session, the brain was quite turbulent before the session (yellow line) and much more calm after the session (red line).
