One of the various things that can block communication is NUTRIENT DEFICIENCY.
There are four main ways a nutrient deficiency can happen:
-> 1 Not eating enough good food
-> 2 Not digesting whatever food it is you eat
-> 3 Not absorbing nutrients that have been digested
-> 4 Genetic flaw that prevents activation of nutrients (ex. MTHFR)
There are two basic ways nutrient deficiency can block communication:
–> You can’t build a house without bricks, boards, nails and cement. (If a human body lacks the raw materials it needs to function, it can’t… function.) More on this + how to test for nutrient deficiencies.
–> If minerals are outnumbered by heavy metals, heavy metals will become incorporated into the body (brain, bones, tissues) and that is not good (causes inflammation, which blocks communication).
How to prevent/heal from nutrient deficiency and restore communication:
- Make sure you’re eating nutrient-dense food. Focus on whole foods (veggies, meats, nuts, seeds, fruits and roots) that are as organic and non-GMO as possible.
- Use a good multi-vitamin/mineral, which features nutrients that are as non-synthetic as possible (ex. folate, NOT folic acid; B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, NOT cyanocobalamin; chelated minerals, NOT ionic). If you’re taking iron, make darn sure you need it (by getting a blood test for ferritin levels via DirectLabs.com). And, if you’re taking vitamin C as ascorbic acid, make sure your supplement also contains citrus bioflavonoids.
